  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or Saudi public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities / Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier-related delays.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in most areas of Saudi Arabia.
To ensure successful delivery:

  • Customers must be reachable on phone/WhatsApp

  • Orders may be cancelled if confirmation is not received

Repeated order refusals may result in COD restriction.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Any free shipping offers will be announced on the website or during promotions.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email so you can monitor delivery status.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal may incur re-shipping charges.

8. Delays, Customs & Lost Shipments

In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed due to customs checks or courier issues. If an order is lost, our support team will assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

9. Damaged or Open Parcels

If you receive a damaged or opened package:

  • Refuse the parcel at delivery, or

  • Record a clear unedited opening video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
